CaCo Architecture provided full Architectural services for a build to suit project in Lafayette, Louisiana - based on the Old Navy store concept.  CaCo Architecture coordinated with Mall Management, Gap Incorporated to unify diverging design criteria while respecting the Cypress Equities pro-forma and providing a design concept which incorporates both the modern façade desired by Gap Inc. and the desired design standards by the Acadiana Mall.
