This Welton Becket hotel, located in downtown Dallas, has 1,120 rooms and features 3 ballrooms and 5 restaurants including 5 Sixty by Wolfgang Puck.

Working with EDG Design, CaCo served as Architect of Record providing construction documents, on-site design assist and construction administration.  Additionally, CaCo provided management in HVAC renovations and technical renovations for mechanical systems to support restaurant Five Sixty.
