Desiring a bold and creative environment, the Owner wished to inspire and enhance all of their activities - which included providing state-of-the-art business-to-business communications and multimedia solutions to NASA, Microsoft and other clients.  A distinguishing feature of this project, which encompassed a 14,000 SF space, is the use of common building materials (OSB decking board, concrete, electrical, conduit, perforated metal, mechanical duct, etc.) in unorthodox applications as interior finishes.  Although the majority of the palette represented in this project is predominately neutral incorporating wood, steel, concrete and plaster, a large brightly colored directional ‘mass’ wall is strategically positioned toward the center of the layout.
