CamargoCopelands' successful corporate repeat client history is illustrated by the projects completed for PNC Mortgage Corporation.

A total of four projects in support of PNC's business strategy were completed totaling 476,000 SF in a period of 4 years.  Beginning with the programming/planning of its Loan Servicing Division, 66,000 SF (Project I); developing and establishing its first campus facility - 102,000 SF - to house Executive and Administrative functions (Project II); performing a feasibility study and evaluation of financial considerations to expand the new campus, in effect doubling the square footage, to allow relocation of the growing Loan Servicing Division through portfolio acquisition (Project III); ultimately providing a new campus low rise building encompassing 208,000 SF (Project IV).

Executive offices, general open plan workstations, conferencing center, food service, training, specialized trading, and shipping/delivery service comprised the basic functions along with supporting parking and site amenities.

CamargoCopeland provided Architectural, Interior Architecture, Systems Standards and FF&E services.  

CamargoCopeland also served as the Owner’s Representative during the development and construction of the projects.
